The Unidentified Movement

 

Our Workshops can be anything from an improv jam to a formal class, but the focus is always the same; to integrate mind, body and spirit through movement. This may come in the form of guided meditation, improvisation, including the option of artistic choices during combinations or dance composition. We would like to welcome dancers of all styles to our workshops.

We will be improvising outdoors! Come and watch, maybe even join, take photos...there will be art galleries open near the area for your to go in and view new works of visual art and photography. There are also  plenty of cafes and bars nearby if you would like to stop by and see us dance as you socialize on this loveley Friday evening in May!

Our Pre-Show Class will be an intorduction to ecelectic mix that makes Unidentified Dance so unique. It is a combination of modern, jazz, classical Indian dance and Afro-Caribbean. Of course there will be an element of improvisation as well. Both ticket sales and donations go towards our production in the San Diego International Fringe Festival! This is a great way to support not only our company, but the spread of ideas from coast to coast.
